This competition is a sixteen-sheet (or a one frame) entry.
Every exhibit should have an introductory page as the first sheet. The object of this page is to introduce the subject matter and to set out its scope. It should not be merely a list of content.
An exhibit in this class comprises Local stamps, Bogus and Phantom issues, Forgeries, Christmas, Red Cross, Anti-Tuberculosis and other Charity seals, Registration labels, Advertisement and Exhibition Poster stamps and any other related items.
The General Rules shall apply.
In order for a medal in this competition to be awarded, minimum mark of 75 out of 100 is to be achieved.
